The Fourth of July isn’t just about fireworks and barbecues—it’s also a perfect opportunity for a fun, themed photoshoot that celebrates independence, youth, and summer magic. For this session, Addie and I created a vibrant and playful shoot centered around Addie’s abundant personality, confidence, and patriotic spirit. …and the cherry on top… a 1957 bright red convertible Pontiac T-Bird!
Of course we styled the shoot with classic red, white, and blue elements: a red & white checkered 1960’s outfit, a blue and white blanket, vintage cooler, vintage am/fm radio, watermelon and certainly our great American flag, all of which added that nostalgic charm
Just to name a few props.
One of the highlights? The 57 T-Bird. A last minute added bonus that a friend of mine allowed us to shoot with! Score!
This shoot wasn’t just about photos—it was about celebrating confidence, creativity, and freedom. It was a reminder that every stage of life deserves to be documented, and what a better way to do it than wrapped in the joy and color of a summer holiday?
Whether you’re a teen looking for a unique shoot or a parent wanting to capture this special time, a themed session like this is a fun and meaningful way to create lasting memories.
Happy Fourth of July—and let your light shine bright!
